By accessing our website or requesting our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

1. Scope of Services

RoadAssist24 provides professional roadside assistance services across the United Kingdom, including but not limited to:

  • Towing and vehicle recovery
  • Breakdown assistance
  • Battery jump-start and starting assistance
  • Flat tyre replacement
  • Fuel delivery
  • Vehicle lockout assistance
  • Accident support and coordination

Services may be provided by our in-house team or by carefully vetted and authorised third-party service partners.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You are legally entitled to request services for the vehicle in question.
  • You have authority to enter into a binding agreement with RoadAssist24.

3. Service Execution & Response Time

We always aim to provide prompt roadside assistance. However, any arrival or response time communicated by our team is an estimate only and not a guarantee. Response times may be impacted by:

  • Traffic conditions and road closures
  • Weather and environmental conditions
  • Distance to the incident location
  • Availability of technicians or recovery vehicles

RoadAssist24 is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising out of delays caused by factors beyond our control.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices may be displayed on our website or quoted to you by our team and are generally based on the information you provide at the time of booking, including but not limited to:

  • Location and distance
  • Vehicle type and condition
  • Type of service required
  • Time of day and urgency

Final charges may differ if the situation on arrival is not consistent with the information provided at booking or if additional services are required.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed, payment in full is required before or at the time of service. We may accept card, bank transfer, or digital payments.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services.
  • Ensure the vehicle is in a safe and accessible position where possible.
  • Follow all safety guidance provided by our staff or partners.
  • Behave respectfully towards our team and service partners.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Before dispatch: Full refund if cancelled before a technician is dispatched.
  • After dispatch: Call-out or admin fee may apply.
  • After service start: No refund once service has begun or completed.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We may use independent contractors or service partners. While vetted, we are not responsible for acts or delays caused by third parties outside our reasonable control.

8. Limitation of Liability

RoadAssist24 shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of income, profit, or business
  • Loss of time, opportunity, or convenience
  • Loss or damage to items inside the vehicle

We are not responsible for pre-existing issues or damage caused unavoidably during assistance (example: forced entry for lockout situations).

Maximum liability is limited to the total service amount paid.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on this website is owned or licensed by RoadAssist24. You must not:

  • Copy or distribute website content without permission
  • Use the website unlawfully or to disrupt its operation
  • Attempt to access secure areas without authorization
  • Upload harmful files, viruses, or malware

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
